To hit 10 booked estimate appointments in the next 30 days, we need two things working together: the ad system (my part) and fast lead handling (your part). I’ll build and manage your Google Ads campaign, tracking, and weekly optimizations, and I’ll set up follow-up so leads are contacted quickly. In return, you’ll respond to new calls/forms within 2–5 minutes during business hours, answer unknown numbers, and confirm appointment times promptly. The first 7–10 days are for launch + data (we tighten targeting and remove junk searches fast), and results typically improve as we optimize. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from my management fee. Weekly check-ins keep us aligned on lead quality, booked estimates, and next adjustments.
